Assumption of responsibility of the products of clinical nutrition enteral LNS

In France, products for enteral feeding at home are reimbursed in accordance with the Order-in-Council of 6th August 2001:

Patients proven to be suffering from malnutrition (i.e. with weight loss of 5% or more compared to their initial weight) or at risk of malnutrition as a result of a digestive or non-digestive disorder e.g. cancers or neurological disorders causing muscle damage and swallowing difficulties, chronic infectious diseases, sequelae to cardiac surgery, dermatological infections, chronic respiratory and renal failure, delayed growth and hereditary metabolic abnormalities in children.

Reimbursement is provided on a "one-stop shop" basis, including the provision of all necessary equipment, nutrients and services by the same supplier.
